HELEN PALMER
Oct 29 | 2:15pm – 3:30pm |
Contemplation and the Intuitive Faculty
–Object Relationship

This session details a contemplative approach to the living interface between the "I – It" dualism of personal knowledge, and an intuitive faculty that knows by uniting with its objects of attention, instead of being separate from them. "I – It understanding" guides the horizontal reality of daily living, while intuition reflects the stages of spiritual evolution, by participating with them. The Asheville session will feature a mix of guided and silent practice, focused on what is commonly called the observer-object relationship in the world faith traditions.

Helen will also lead some of the morning meditations throughout the conference.

DAVID DANIELS M.D.
Oct 29 | 7:00pm | Oct 30 | 10:00am |

Master Panels
David will focus on the secrets to masterful panel leadership interwoven with presenting the core theme for all of us, the three centers of intelligence. This session is for those who wish to hone their panel interviewing skills and receive feedback from one of the panel interviewing masters. Participants will interview panelists as well as sit on panels to offer feedback for interviewers.

TERRY SARACINO
Oct 30 | 9:00am |

The Narrative Tradition
Terry will speak to the sacred act of sharing our stories as we honor the narrative tradition. She closes the conference with a nine-point panel titled: "HeartWork."

PETER O'HANRAHAN
Oct 29 | 1:30pm |
Somatic Awareness
How can we incorporate simple breathing and stretching exercises into our daily routine and into our teaching work with groups? What's important is bodywork which supports learning, vitality and embodiment in ways that people will remember. If it feels good - we're more likely to practice!

Peter has been combining the Enneagram with somatic work since 1978 with an emphasis on Reichian/Bioenergetic bodywork. He teaches the Embodied Enneagram workshop and writes about the somatic profiles of the nine character types.
